1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed on the Platform and those held in the Game Provider's certified server logs, the Game Provider's server records shall take precedence in determining the outcome of any disputed wager.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaeta9 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, or using shared device or payment credentials to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing any person under 18 to access your Account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit game mechanics, betting markets, or promotional structures.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

jaeta9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• jaeta9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct in connection with the Account.
• The Account has remained inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, as defined in the Platform's dormancy policy.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jaeta9 following a formal request.
• A self-exclusion request has been activated, whether voluntarily by the Player or as a protective measure by jaeta9's responsible gaming team.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's own breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure or dormancy), the remaining Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. 10. Intellectual Property

• Reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, scraping, or any commercial use of Platform content without the prior written consent of jaeta9 is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even where jaeta9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected by a Game Provider's server logs in accordance with certified RNG records.

Nothing in this clause limits jaeta9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where a court of competent jurisdiction determines that jaeta9's liability cannot be fully excluded, that liability shall be limited to the total value of deposits made by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jaeta9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication at jaeta9.net/terms-conditions. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Where a material change is made to these Terms — meaning a change that significantly affects Player rights or obligations — jaeta9 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent in-Platform notification and, where an email address is registered, a notification to that address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact the support team to request voluntary account closure before the amendment's effective date. Closure requests submitted on this basis will be processed promptly and any remaining Balance returned to your registered payment method following completed KYC verification.
